this is the worst buffet restaurant of all time! I and my wife were so hungry from a 13-hour shift that cared for kovid patients. on our way home we saw this sakura buffet and we were so excited that it could be a Japanese buffet. we never had the time to read the reviews (3.5 stars) we thought to leave immediately as soon as we saw the choice of food. but as I said, we were so hungry and decided to shoot it. it was one of the worst decisions we've ever made. The quality of this restaurant has severely declined. The service is poor and the staff are unfriendly. We discovered dirty dishes and utensils, but when we brought it to the staff's attention, they just brushed it off rudely and told us to get another one. The restrooms were dirty and smelly. The worst part was when we had to repeatedly request a receipt to check our bill, and even when they finally printed it, they snatched it back multiple times. Upon reviewing the bill, we noticed a 15% surcharge labeled as "Covid fees for parties of 4 or more." When we inquired about this charge, we were told it was posted at the cashier, but it was not visible. They seemed reluctant to remove the charg...

We were charged a 15% COVID service fee that was never implemented. There was no explanation provided for the extra charges (no receipt given) until we inquired. The supposed COVID service consisted of simply clearing plates and wiping the table with a dirty yellow rag that was used for every table. As we were leaving, they also requested a tip. If I had read the reviews beforehand, I would never have visited this restaurant. The food was not satisfactory either. Save your time and money and choose a different restaurant.

Bad Food, bad service EVERYTHING BADDO NOT RECCOMEND!!!! We went in and did not tell us they were closing in a little bit, we go and sit down, grab are food and as soon as we sit down to eat they start looking at us and even pointing at us. they doubled the payment on December 31st and January 1st, adding steaks and lobster to the menu, but that was not justified. steak meat without salt had no taste, and only rest of lobsters. Moreover, dirty cutlery and tables are not allowed.

To be honest, we hope Sakura Grill Supreme Buffet gets better soon, meaning they will have better quality food and the place will smell nicer than it was before. Again I hope this buffet restaurant gets better and goes uphill.

I used to go here with my old school I went for a quick lunch and they don't have any water to suck her sushi sucking the only thing I liked was the mush and I was running out there before the asked for a tip, I won't be back

Ordered a shrimp po boy and calamari on uber eats. What I received was a bun with just shrimp no lettuce or anything. And the calamari was soggy and tasted fishy. Never go here. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant is awful. The food is not fresh, tasty, or even hot. Although it offers the same menu as most Chinese buffet restaurants, this one is $5 more expensive than the better one in JC.
