My mother and I were picking up an order for doordash. the service was okay, but the food service was slow.We had about a 5 minute time frame to get the order and deliver it to the customer. Doordash said the order was ready when we arrived but it wasn't. We had to wait a total of 15 minutes or so for the order to be ready. But We did apologize to the customer.So In my opinion the overall service could be better. But The lobby and restrooms are clean.
The service here was horrendous. Waitress kept walking right past my table after making eye contact, didn't refill my drink once, prioritized tables that came in after us, and ignored us when we raised our hand for assistance. The only time she came over was when she saw me complaining to the manager. We will not be returning to this establishment.
