Sakura Japanese Steak House

Here's my review: This sushi restaurant provides excellent prices for top-quality sushi, comparable to your typical takeout spots. As a sushi enthusiast, I often get frustrated when sashimi isn't sliced correctly, but the chefs here truly showcase their skills. Each type of fish requires a precise cut to enhance its flavor. I also found a new favorite roll—the Boston roll—though they did forget to add the tobiko on top, likely because some people don't enjoy roe. Regardless, it was still delicious. The sashimi was satisfying, and the miso soup was pretty standard; I wasn't particularly fond of it, but I didn't dislike it either.

Dining in was a bit uncomfortable at first since there were no other patrons, and it felt like the restaurant primarily catered to counter service. Despite that, the place was bustling with takeout orders and even had a drive-thru. After a brief hesitation, we decided to sit at a table, and the cashier promptly came over to help us. The staff was exceptionally friendly, taking turns delivering our food to our table. The meals were delicious and fairly priced. We will definitely come back, and next time, we'll know to find a seat right away.

I ordered from this restaurant the day after I moved into my new place, and I was thoroughly impressed with the food! I placed my order just minutes before closing, not knowing the restaurant's hours as I'm still getting to know the area, but everything went perfectly. The receptionist was friendly and patient, and the delivery person did an excellent job as well! Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 stars! I recently had an excellent lunch at this restaurant and I highly recommend it. The prices are very reasonable, usually ranging from $20 to $30 per person. I always look forward to dining at this restaurant. The portion sizes are very generous, particularly the sashimi. I often order a side of steak, which is priced very well per pound. Additionally, they have a convenient drive-thru! The service is exceptional, and the overall atmosphere is calming.

Every time I visit this restaurant, the rolls are absolutely fantastic. The service is quick, and the staff is warm and welcoming! During one of my visits, they even surprised me with some delightful mochi as a complimentary treat to make up for a brief wait—such a thoughtful touch!

I had a fantastic experience with the tekka don and sake don. The fish was outstanding, and the dumplings were full of flavor. The customer service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable given the quality of the food. I highly recommend this place!
