Last night, we had an amazing dinner at SALA Modern-Sicilian, giving it a perfect 10/10 rating. The intimate dining space and warm atmosphere were delightful. We started with delicious cocktails, particularly enjoying the cucumber/ginger drinks. I loved them so much that I asked the owner for the recipe, and he kindly shared it with me. For our meal, we enjoyed Sicilian New Years soup with lentils, tomato and goat cheese with crostini, side salads with homemade Italian vinaigrette and tableside parmigiano reggiano shaving, rack of lamb served with angel hair pasta and walnut pesto, linguine with shrimp in a white wine butter sauce, a beautiful cappuccino made with Valentine coffee beans, a p...

this is our favorite restaurant. we enjoy eating and the service every time. We often sit on the bar and visit with others that make fun. the starters are all so tasty: grilled spa gel with prosciutto, carpaccio, aubergine with sauce or the special creation of the chef cook and then there is always the scallops dinner menu has good choices, including the salmon with the Italian salsa above, not to mention the many specials we tend to try it!

This is one of my top restaurants in Milwaukee! I enjoy taking friends and family from out of town here. It's a perfect spot for date night as well. The unique furniture and art create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. I always order the Arrabiata pasta because it has the right amount of spice. I have never been disappointed with a meal here! If you appreciate local, family-run restaurants, give this one a try.

Great experience, the waiter and waiter in training who waited on our table were great. Food was good, particularly the garlic cheese bread and bolognese. Also had the baked goat cheese which comes with crackers and bread crisps. We also had the Da Mare which was very good. Good size scallops. Had tiramisu and it was good too. Reserva una mesa ahora

sala is our restaurant. we can enjoy an exquisite evening meal or for a hand-seen pizza and are completely satisfied. the specialities of the chef are always inventive and delightful. we also enjoy the wine selection with new, often presented selection options.

We were here last summer for a date night and loved it! The food was fantastic! Honestly I still daydream about their Sugo d'Menfi every once in a while. A must try!
