Salad&co - Reservar una mesa

Very disappointed by this visit to salad&Co in Neuville even though I had a good impression of the restaurant in Villeneuve d'Ascq. The restaurant is dirty, the table is dirty, the dishes are dirty, the pants of the reception and service agent are dirty... The reception is limited (I feel like I'm disturbing and I don't know who should I contact for bar service... The plancha buffet is identical to the starter buffet? Potato vinaigrette cooked on the plancha??? Luckily, the spaghetti dish was found! No room service after cooking for elderly people (we were 3 tables in the restaurant! We were seated near the water fountain, and midges were circling around the table (in January! and surprised...

The concept is great. Very good quality/price ratio. We have eaten well. The only negative point noted is hygiene. We were there on 01/27 around 1:30 p.m. We ate on a seemingly “washed” but still dirty table. When other people left next to us, the young lady “cleaned” the tables, we understood better why ours was in this state. Same thing for cleaning the self-service counters, the young man washed next to us with a cloth all the way, Never refreshed in water, it was dirty! We were probably reaching the end of service, but it wasn't very appetizing!

Following the reviews published recently concerning midges on the dishes etc... we hesitated to go there and ultimately welcome, buffet, atmosphere everything was very good we had an excellent time, for the record it was a Sunday lunchtime. On the other hand, for the plancha I do not recommend the beef, it is inedible hard and full of fat, the shrimp are excellent, chicken , as for the ice cream we loved it Service: Dine in

a little disappointed with the buffet, a lot of small flies flying around the buffet and I found the vegetables not very fresh, I think it was the vegetables left over from lunch, the bread was dry also certainly left over from lunch, This is the first time this has happened. We discovered the concept in Villeneuve d'Ascq. Sadness in Roncq : Unsmiling waiter and manager. Only one bin for the plancha so we often queue. The drinks are too poorly flavored. The pasta is frozen and defrosted, we too often see ice in the fusili and the crispy chicken is sometimes cold in the middle... The parking lot is too often full : Too bad... : Service: Dine in

First time for me in this small restaurant, the service is impeccable and friendly. On the other hand, for dessert it's a shame that there is no more choice, the ice creams in winter aren't too great, and coffee is not included. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
