When I walked in, there was one person in front of me and three people behind the counter. I had to literally call at the girl who was right in front of me to help me. Her name is Elisa.I was Charged $12 $3 so $15!!! for a chicken wrap because I misunderstood Elisa. I asked for bbq crispy chicken wrap and she started to put in the ingredients. Then I said no, I would like to build my own. She put it together and then I find there is no chicken, so I went back. She was shocked that I wanted chicken but why would I even mention the chicken unless that was what I wanted! I went in for two Sophia salads, but the raspberry dressing was added so carelessly that it made the salads unenjoyable. It was frustrating because I even went back to say I wanted to tip more for the service, only to get home and find that the dressing was overloaded—way too much for my taste. It just doesn’t seem fair.
Not happy at all. The window for the food was so foggy I couldn’t see anything. The salads are a lot smaller now but same price. The spring mix had brown old soggy pieces. They don’t have wheat bread apparently either. Just overall disappointing experience. If this is the case, the salads should be cheaper. Low quality.
I love coming here and I always get the same thing, it includes bacon and it used to be very good bacon but recently it's become very very hard, like almost like a rock and I broke a tooth biting into it to an unexpected rock like piece of bacon, whatever you did wrong, you guys need to fix it lol

This was the worst salad I've ever had! Everything tasted stale and the portions were very small. Plus, the cashier was extremely rude. I would recommend finding another place for a salad!
it was my first and last time at this location and i am beyond outraged at the costumer service i have received, i have never ever encountered such disrispect by a restaurant
This is one of the worst locations of this chain we've ever been to. Saladworks should serve fresh salads, but ours were anything but. Come on, you can do better!

It's kind of pricey but it's worth it. I treat myself at least once a week after.
