Arrived at 7:58pm to a girl locking the door. It's says they are open until 9pm online and on the door. Another girl came over and just threw her hands up at me and my husband and laughed at us. It would have taken 5 seconds to come over to the door and just politely explain why the hours don't match and we would have been understanding. We both just got done 15 hour shifts and were really looking forward to something healthy for dinner. We are also very patient people and felt this whole scenario could have been handled with more professionalism and consideration for their customers, there was just no need to be so rude to us.
Quality control is a major issue. It's clear the employees do NOT care about the product they're serving. This was the first and last time I will go. What kind of person sends out the chicken salad with one and a half tiny pieces of chicken finger and some limp lettuce as if that's acceptable for $15?? This place deserves to be closed and the employees out of a job. Shameful. Feels like a scam.
Here's my perspective: I really want to love this restaurant, but the prices are excessively high. More importantly, every time I visit, I feel rushed and like I'm an inconvenience to the staff. I've been there several times, and this feeling occurs almost every time. These two factors — the high prices and the rushed service — are why I have to give it a low rating. Food: 3/5.
The staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed my salad. However, I noticed some spoiled avocado, which might have been left out for too long, and it was still in the metal tins. Additionally, some of the lettuce was browning, but I did see an employee disposing of it. Despite these issues, I had a good overall experience. Food rating: 4/5.

Today I had the broccoli soup which I ordered 2 large. The large for $10 was the size of a bowl. I hate to see what they're small is. In the past for $10 the large was the size of a quart. Also in the past it was delicious. Today the soup tasted burnt and upset it my stomach. I will never order from this place again
For the second time in a row, I got salads with wilted lettuce plus the core of the lettuce head. After removing the bad lettuce, I was left with only half salads. The lobster bisque was only a creamy broth that I ended up drinking. The one positive thing was the friendly wait staff and cookies.
Soup was like warm at most. Cashier worker not friendly and breaded chicken had more breading than actual chicken in the scoop I received. Would not recommend this location.
The store is beautifully maintained and always clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful whenever I'm unsure about what to order.

Eat in has been okay. Takeout is awful. Different days and different orders. Always multiple issues with the food
