I usually dont leave bad reviews but this was an awful experience. The salad pictured was nothing like the salad I received. For the nearly $15 price I was surprised that the bowl was barely half full. The tomatoes were pale and tasteless, the bacon crumbles were half soggy. There was plenty of avocado but it was all lumped together in a big chunk that I had to pick apart. My daughters Avocado BLT sandwich was the same soggy bacon and a huge lump of avocado right in the middle. The bread surrounding it was dry because everything was plopped in the center, which fell out onto her plate and had to be scooped back onto the bread. This was a $15 sandwich! The Southwest Chipotle bowl tasted okay...
My daughter and i got 2 tivoli salads there today. Not only did i get home with no dressing on the side noone told us when they asked if we wanted anything else added that they charge 2 29 for each extra! Are you kidding? I watched him put a teaspoon of diced onion and a teaspoon of black olives and was charged 2.29 for each. 12.29 salad became a 19.16 salad with NO DRESSING! And the salad had such a skimpy amount of lettuce we added more at home! When i called the manager to complain her response was next time you come in we will give you 2 dressings. Really? Saladworks can forget about a revisit from us EVER AGAIN! Shame on you for overpricing unsuspecting customers especially in this econ...
I visited Saladworks about an hour before closing, and the food was all mixed together, with pasta scattered among the other ingredients. The vegetable containers were messy and not properly separated. There was even avocado skin left in the container instead of being discarded. The employee who assisted me was a young male, probably under 18. He was on his phone while wearing gloves, then served my food without changing them, and charged me while still wearing the same gloves. After finishing with me, he used the same gloves to help the next customer. I would not recommend the service or the food to anyone.
I joked saying I was going to leave a review because I have been waiting over 10+ years to try saladworks. After visiting I had to leave a review. The salad was absolutely amazing the soup was perfect and the bread was warm. To top it all off there were two young ladies in the store that were just absolutely wonderful. Very well knowledges in terms of the store and the product you guys sell. This was a perfect experience for me. With my doctors office 10 mins down the road I will definitely be stopping back. Thank you!!

The salad was tasty, but a bit small for the price of $17-$18. I paid extra for avocado, which cost around $3, but only received a quarter of a piece, which seemed excessive for the price. However, the overall food was good and my delivery driver was also great.
Love their salads once in awhile but gateway salad works needs new employees. They do not address you when you walk in I know they are busy but they will let you stand there without eye contact. I guess it’s because I’m white who knows.
This the first I've been here for a while. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and it was the size of a side salad and made with ice burg lettuce. Not sure if management changed. I would not go back.Food: 2/5
I paid a lot for a salad and didn't receive my dressing. The portion size was small and I think other locations are better than this one.

My container is only half full of salad. For nearly $16, there should be a much larger portion of salad.
asked for silverware none received and did not get roll. Otherwise the salad was excellent
