Two salad shops could keep in the water after the big hype, their concept could not be different. Where there are finished salads with names at Tom Sallys, you can choose from estimated 30 ingredients and create your individual salad (yes, there are also exceptions, but later). The base is therefore either noodles (white or whole grain), fresh green salad or a combination thereof (my favorite), four so-called basic ingredients, a dressing according to choice and a small semmel (full grain or ciabatta).
