Salazogue Bistronomie

we went to lunch on the karneval day and had a really great time. the restaurant is located in the center of the city and is very small and inconceivable. we ate in the terrace area on the back, a courtyard now covered, but with a transparent one. so easy. the personal was friendly and helpful they have a tasting menu that is 35 euro for an 8-course menu. it was a hard choice because the a la carte menu also had many tempting dishes. they also make thier own vermouth in the house, so they try it. the tasting menu was really fantastic: red fruit soup with red thun a great remembrance of salmorejo inventive and tasty langotine black lasagne with plancton really great slovky baked egg, in oyster and mushroom dark broth truly brilliant steamed brioch with pulled pork a little like a construction baked, with a paprika heavy pork filling the quality of eating and the production of cooking would not be out of place at a michael star restauruant, at double price. go before too many people discover it! we are very happy to come back very soon.

I chose Salazogue because I wanted to eat something healthy and not heavy for lunch (it was 30 in August), and preferably seafood. All dishes I ordered were delicious and fresh: tomato salad with marinated sardines, white tuna escabeche, steamed hake with longoustin broth. Also the dessert, a coffee bran with Matcha ice cream, was innovative and delicious. I recommend Salazogue.

Good service and delicious food! I read that this city is known for its gastronomic excellence and now I know why. This place offers dishes with a bit of fusion, which I really liked. For example, the Hummus we had was so delicious and had...curry flavor. The Gazpacho had red fruits flavor like strawberry. Everything was delicious!!! Will come back!!

Lovely restaurant, serving modern and delicious interpretations of spanish cuisine. To be recommended ! Wonderful dishes, nice selection of wines, very friendly service. Prices are value for money, this is gastronomy in a bistro-environment, we had a lovely evening.

This restaurant is perfectly situated in the center of Oviedo. Outdoor or indoor seating available. Nice decor. Delicious classic food served in a contemporary way. Very friendly staff, tourist friendly! Would definitely recommend.
