Salon de The Michel Marshall

Le salon de thé de Michel Marshall est incontestablement une très bonne adresse, située sur une place agréable par beau temps. Les lieux sont charmants et joliment décorés, de manière différente selon les salles. La première est moderne, peinte en blanc et agrémentée de cadres végétaux. La seconde est plus brute avec des murs en pierres et un plafond en bois peint en blanc. Une musique d'ambiance parcourt ces salles. En revanche, que de mouches agaçantes mais c'est malheureusement la saison de ces fléaux de la nature.J'ai commandé un thé vert, venant de l'entreprise Mariage Frères. Je reconnais qu'à la différence du reste de la carte, le prix est très attractif : 4,90 euros, étant ici précis...

what a disappointment. we chose this restaurant based on a Tv program by michel roux jr. the menu was disappointing that the available dishes were limited. no lamb, although it is one of the dishes if you are looking for the menu online and the main reason for the visit. I had the fish of the day. the fish had no taste and tasted like cooked fish. it wasn't fried. the celeriac was boiled and not roasted again. the pure celeriac was exaggerated by ingwer. nothing worked and it was a total mixture of aromen. my partner has bark that was above average, nothing more. the gloomy were another serious disappointment, as there was no gloomy one could choose from (as was claimed in the TV series). at...

We were greeted very warmly and had a nice chat with two of the wait staff when we arrived and the restaurant was empty. As the restaurant became busy, it was clear they were either understaffed or just not ready to manage it. There were...mistakes with our order, little attention from the staff, and a few odd encounters we noticed with guests. The food was very good nice 2course menu for 39 Euros and a good wine list. OVerall, it felt like there was a bit of an arrogance from the staff that led to sub par service. If you have time to sit for a while, this was a nice location and a good lunch.

I had lunch. the food quality lies in this band just below michelin star. very pleasant, skillfully cooked and presented eating. excellent price-performance ratio with a sufficiently good wine list. the thing that deals with it is the service and the thoughtfulness of the staff that would be difficult to beat everywhere. summing good eating, good service, fairer price. and good fun. area to improve? cloth napkins and not paper napkins, that's all.

We had a reservation in another place for a a special celebration, but that one was cancelled and we found this one by just by wondering around Saint Remy and that turned out to be the best restaurant we had in our entire 8 days...Provence trip. Food was delicious, staff the most helpful (we had 5 adults and 2 babies) in accommodating our needs. Thank you so much for making our celebration a truly special!

Off-season review on market day: nice restaurant interesting menu, but service was disjointed and during the escape was good the main plate was promising on paper, but only a muddy chaos of fish rooted on a bed of tasteless sellerry. Sellie root and pear a plate of beige eating and not describing taste. which would have been tolerable at 22 25 euro for 2 courses, but 39 euro non!

Bravo car toujours au top. La qualité des pâtisseries est là, c'est du beau travail! LA finesse du montage et des saveurs en font la meilleure adresse de pâtisserie de St Remy sans aucune contestation. Les "salés" sont excellent également.Assez cher, mais il y a vraiment du travail et nous sommes à St Rémy...

Voulant prendre un verre un samedi après-midi, la serveuse nous dit gentillement que l'on peut rester seulement 10 minutes ... alors qu'il est 18h10 ... Ont ils trop de clients pour être si peut commerçant ? Pas de problème je n'y retournerai plus jamais alors que j'habite à côté.

Non seulement les pâtisseries sont exquises mais leurs salades et carpaccios sont aussi excellents : mélange de saveurs, de croustillant. ..À recommander
