Great experience. Service was really nice. The food was great. The seats were well spaced and tables and chairs are robust. Cheese pizza tasted wonderful. The marinara sauce has a beautiful robust tomato flavor, cheese was just the right amount, and crust was ok. I had better more gourmet like crust elsewhere, but it was to stretch here and more commercial like taste and texture. It wasn't bad. There are a lot of ridges that have no marinara or cheese, and I don't want to throw food into the garbage. So it was difficult to eat so much bread without taste. We order here quite often because we? I'll be right on the street. Ordered half cheese, half perfume and sausage tonight, and they grounded our pizza with half sausage, half perfume, so my children cannot eat the pizzas that they were excited for tonight. (Also not for the first time? ve has ruined our pizza, but we usually understand mistakes happen and let it go). Maybe 4-5 times before 8:00, no one called the phone for me to tell them they screwed up the pizza and my kids are in hysterics. Super disappointed by her customer service, I worked for years in a pizza shop in my teenagers and knows that they still clean up the store in there. We were at the Sal's in North Andover MA. The pizza was great. We have 2 pizzas, 1 cheese, 1 white pizza with chicken, oil, broccoli and ricotta cheese. Perfectly cooked. From the way to Carlos and the crew, everyone seemed happy to be there. Smiling and professional. I don't spend very often 5, today were 5. We've been with Sal many times, that was the best. Way to Carlos, keep the great work

I don't think they tried tonight. After a long trip home picked up. I'm home and we opened it. Overcooked, thin crust on 1 side thick on the other. You need to know it was garbage.
