SALSA'S TAQUERIA Restaurant When Chef Dines: It's a simple bar/eatery place where you order at a counter, but the food is served to your table. The service is amicable and courteous, and you can feel they want you there, and they care about your experience. The food, unfortunately, is uneven. We had tried many dishes. Last time we had four, and there's only one worth another try. 1. Flauta a la carte $2.75 One with beef or pork. Both were really dry. 2. Tacos $5.97 Three tacos: Pastor Carnitas Carne Deshebrada All three were tender but could use some more seasoning. The good thing is they all came hot. The food here is consistently good. However, they really need to improve their DoorDash menu. There's no option to request items to be removed or placed on the side, and the comment section is disabled. For instance, I ordered the taco salad and wanted the guacamole on the side, but I couldn't make that request, so I had to call to make the change, which defeats the purpose of ordering online. I understand they might not want people adding extra items in the comment section, but it would be helpful to include a "NO" option in the required selections.

I enjoyed this lunch spot! Varied salsa bar with the yummiest pickles onions and more. Their tacos are also delicious and well priced. Fish taco was not perfect too. Their plates are also nice, but not as worth as the burritos or tacos in my opinion. Meat is not dry. The guac is subpar and tastes watery. Interior is spacious and modern. Casual vibe.

Shrimp fajitas are the Best here. Not swimming in grease. Tasty plump shrimp..generous portions. My favorite food Mexican cuisine in Folsom. Super friendly people. They make their own corn tortillas.! Other tasty dishes as well. Chile Verde...chimichuanga... all good. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered the Quesabirria Tacos and they were absolutely delicious! Salsas Taqueria consistently delivers great food! Among our favorites are the carne asada fries, which are the best in town! If you're dining on-site, the mango margaritas are an absolute must!

Clearly, they don’t pay much attention when preparing the tacos, as I found a large piece of carnitas in one of mine. It's a shame because the tacos were otherwise really tasty, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

The salsa bar is large with a nice variety, and I would have rated this place higher, but the vegan options were limited. The grilled vegetables were fresh and not oily, which I appreciated.

The chorizo was so salty, too salty. I have ordered it before and it was very good, not this time. I couldnt eat it.
