eating was excellent service was impeccable, but in the night our beautiful waitress victoria was screamed by her superior before us rudely. not only was it humiliating for them, but rather rather embarrassing for us to observe. all because she took one. to clean our table (which had many tellers on it). Perhaps the manager must go back to school and learn what is right and wrong to do to guests. When they visit, I recommend to them to say hello to victoria. she made our night and let us buy another bottle of wine. absolutely amazing.
we had here 3 times breakfast, which was included as diamond members in the hotel. the buffet was helpful again what was edible. we loved the variety of food. the churros were available twice. we liked the service of cathy who found us. good tables. we had a hot chocolate every day and this is one of the best hotel breakfasts we had in Australia.
With Covid, the staff now serve you as you walk down the line. This has narrowed options substantially, however, the quality is still high. In addition, they charge an additional fee for espresso coffee. Now I received the breakfast as part of my Hilton Diamond...privilege, so I didn't directly pay for it.
The atmosphere was great however the food portions are so small and not very tasty over priced. The dishes we ordered had only few prawns when the name of the dish was prawns... Our 15 year old did like the lamb kofta however the staff...forgot to give her mint chutney as mentioned in the menu.

We stayed at the Hotel for my wife's 70th birthday and following a couple of issues at the hotel we were offered a meal at the restaurant as compensation.I am glad we accepted because the food and the service was very good. We subsequently booked for a further meal which was equally as good.
expensive very little food on our plate and definitely not tasty and took more than an hour for one course to arrive to our very tired children not worth the money get a kebab!
this is a great restaurant for breakfast. good selection of hot and cold meals as well as fresh and fresh fruit selection of make-your-own or barista coffee.

Back in Brisbane, I decided to give steak another shot, which led us to the Vintaged Bar and Grill.
This restaurant had impeccable service, and were immensely helpful regarding our allergy.
