This charming cafe near Cape Breton Highlands National Park has a lovely decor and offers plant milk options (oat and almond) for their drinks, as well as a delicious vegan vegetable sandwich. They also serve certified vegan ciders that are locally brewed on Cape Breton Island. If you enjoy local foods, this is the place to be as most of their products and produce are sourced from Cape Breton. The cafe also has a beautiful outdoor seating area and a friendly staff.
I visited this delightful café that had four different vegan snacks to choose from, including the delicious chocolate banana bread. For lunch, I tried the hummus and veg sandwich, which was vegan. They also had a vegan soup available on the day I visited, although I'm not sure if it's offered every day. I would definitely come back again for a snack and coffee. The coffee was also very good.
