Last night was my second time visiting this restaurant. The first time was great. It was a birthday celebration. Last night was also a birthday celebration for an eight year old. We arrived at 6:30. First we were led to a table that was wet and no one noticed. We were sent given another table that got rained on. Not one staff member came to our aid. Perhaps offer us another table or even bring napkins/towels to wipe the seats. We specifically ordered a pizza right away for the children first way before ordering the adult's entrees. Highly recommend people avoid unless you're doing takeout. Service is horribly slow, busy is understandable but if your kitchen can't meet the demands of the people you seat unless they're willing to wait over 2 hours for entrees, maybe don't sit that many tables? Free apps and wine is a good way to distract folks, but they only bring those plates out in the beginning, then you wait and wait and wait. This was my first time eating there with my husband, son and daughter in law. The food was amazing, we sat outside under the tent, it was warm with the heaters because of the raw and rainy night. The service is great, I will definitely go back.
