Salvia - Reservar una mesa

I must say that eating in salvia was a wonderful experience. that was the best meal we had in this summer as a family of six on the island. absolutely delicious food, nice quiet location and attentive service. a nice evening. very expensive, but what a pleasant surprise. try the wobble flower and the carrot starter. astonishing! also the sea bass and the Entrecôte nets were excellent and do not miss the strawberry cheesecake dessert it was a masterpiece.

The setting is spectacular: an old finca turned into a modern oasis of calm. The swimming pool leading to the main entrance of the hotel is absolutely stunning. You eat outside overlooking grass and lavender fields in a rural setting. We first enjoyed a Coktail in the garden which was not cheap, the salmonetes de formentera were fresh and the olhreras desert (French toast with honey and caramel was amazing. It is not cheap but very special.

this restaurant is a jewel in the midst of nature ibizas with a friendly staff. we had a nice dinner in an intimate environment. the whole food was of great quality and beautiful presentation. we can't wait to go back! thank you, salvia.
