Best pizza in the triangle hands down! Always get the pepp lovers and add the cup n chars, which the site randomly stopped having as an option for some reason, but they’re always happy to oblige me and the pizzas always amazing! Always nice folks as well. Not to be another New Yorker, but I’m a transplant and had been trying to find a smaller pizza place that reminded me of WNY spots and this is definitely it! Haven’t tried anything else yet, would love to see a few more reviews about the wings if anyone has any? But my gf agrees with many others that the steak subs are bomb!
It was our first time ordering from Salvio's but won't be our last. The food was great and our delivery driver was awesome. Despite 3 dogs taking turns escaping our grasp to greet him and the pizza on the porch, he was very patient and friendly withthe dogs and us while we propped the door open to usher dogs inside, manage multiple pizza boxes, prevent the re-escape of saidfriendly dogs, and make the best of a somewhat chaotic yet amusing situation. Salvio's is easily our new go-to for pizza inCary.
After finally stepping out of my comfort zone beyond the NY white, I thoroughly enjoyed their plain cheese pizza—a true test of a quality pizzeria, in my opinion—as well as the pepperoni and supreme options. I’m looking forward to trying more of Salvio’s specialty pizzas in the future. Someday, I might even venture beyond pizza, as I’m sure their sandwiches and other menu items are just as tasty. Thank you, Salvio’s—please stay the same!
The food is amazing and pizza is top notch, but we went in tonight and the customer service was just 10/10. They were so kind, prompt, and friendly. Additionally, as I went to leave with my 3 year old daughter, the cashier walked us out to ensure thestrange man that was outside didn?t bother us. He held the door and proceeded to keep an eye on this man to make sure he didn?tdisturb us in any way. I wish I knew his name!

The pizza at Salvio's is outstanding, and their wings are incredible! I host most of my get-togethers here and feel lucky to have such a great place nearby. I definitely recommend it! Whether you’re grabbing a slice or ordering a full pizza, you won’t be let down. Also, the garlic Parmesan wings are a must-try—I’ve had them twice and both times they were absolutely perfect, a solid 10/10.
Cheese Pizza: 6.2/10 The pizza fares better, with a very crispy texture and well-balanced grease levels, making it enjoyable. However, the crust was noted to be thick and lacking flavor, which detracted from the overall pizza experience. Value: 5.9/10 Pricing is considered fair for the quality and size of the offerings, with beverages also priced reasonably.
Great pizza and great wings! Come here for most of my gatherings and I'm always so grateful to have a quality shop right down the road. Highly recommend! Whether it's by the slice or a whole pie you can't go wrong ???? Editing to say: I would HIGHLYrecommend the garlic Parm wings! We've had them twice and they were 10/10 both times
I've fallen in love with my new favorite pizza place! Check out these calzones—they’re amazing! I've only ordered twice, both times within the last week, and everything has been incredibly tasty. The delivery is perfect too, always arriving right on time or even about 10 minutes early!

Great pizza and wings! Perfect ratio of sauce, cheese, and dough. The only critics I would give would be that it was a little pricey and there was a lot of crust. If they added a garlic butter to the crust, it would be perfect! The service was also veryfriendly.
Really like their pizzas! We get both full size pizzas as well as their by the slice for lunch. Please, do yourself a favor and give them a try!
