Super Bedienung die uns die Karte perfekt erklärt hat für gute Lacher gesorgt hat. Das Ambiente ist einfach herrlich, denn die Aussicht auf Solothurn und die Aare ist phänomenal. Die Gurkensuppe war super erfrischend, die Crevetten perfekt gebraten und das Fleisch super. Die Einflüsse der asiatischen Küche sind wirklich interessant und geben jedem Gericht seinen individuellen Touch. Am besten war aber das fruchtige Eis welches zum Dessert gereicht wurde. We went with a group of 9. The service was sober but correct. A 3 course menu for 65 CHF was expensive. The entree was a simple seasonal salade, the main course was perfectly cooked guinea fowl. The warm apple pie for dessert was also...good but not special for that price. Two glasses of wine for 15 CHF were also not cheap. The swiss wines however were delicious.The location and the interior of the restaurant are awsome.
my friends and I recently had a nice dinner in the late night in the salt house. the high-quality ingredients were combined to some very unique and delicious aromas. the prices were also fair, based on what we received. my only recommendation for improvement was a bit more smile in. the service; they were a bit grumpy. but I would come back very happy.
the best way to explore the new city for food, tests the local restaurant. I love eating with a bit Asian fusion style, not boring (like the standard recipe) cooking / preparation skill. friendly service. the only thing I think they can do. even better to offer more employees during the rush hours.

The salt house is always worth a visit. If you want to eat there, you should reserve in advance. Otherwise, you can also spend a cozy evening with one (or two) cocktails and a few snacks.
Delicious Asian-influenced fusion food. Dishes are well executed, looking fresh and appetising. Friendly and professional staff. Refined but relaxed atmosphere.
Group of 8 on a quiet Monday evening. Food was excellent service and waiting staff were great too. Would recommend.
