SAm Gabes is BACK! Friday night the room was full, and very loud. Live music in the bar, but couldn 't hear it the main room was really loud. Asiago crusted halibut was great as of old. Italian nachos have an interesting spice (remember when pizza had sprinkled Italian seasoning on top? . House sausage, white sauce and LOTS of cheese. Filling for two. Everyone seems to be having a good time. They are trying really, really hard to re create the Talarico experience, to the point of getting the old recipes. Excellence to service and great if slightly pricey food were overshadowed by the loud music that made conversation a little bit difficult. Love the beet salad and the salmon was excellent. My husband enjoyed his Asiago chicken. We each had a drink and coffee and dinner with tip was just under $100.

My friend and I were very disappointed in our order of two (entrée) Greek Salads. The dressing was not what we expected for a Greek salad, There was little to no feta cheese and the dressing (we were told Green Godess) did not go with the Greek Salad flavors.

Our server Joe was amazing. Classy, “traditional Italian” service. He was great. My husband is a steak lover but didn’t care for the rub on the ribeye. I got the seafood cioppino with fresh linguine and it was delicious. Reserva una mesa ahora

Noise level marked moderate due to musician but it was the perfect volume. Not too loud to where you couldn’t hold a conversation. Our server was great, will definitely return!
