I made a 24-mile round trip to Sams in Wellingborough for Peri Peri Chicken, only to be told to wait 20 minutes for my order at a fast food restaurant. This is unacceptable. Every time I have gone to Sams, I have been missing part of my order. This was the fourth time I have made the journey and it will be the last. I recommend sticking with the original and best, KFC.
5 of us visited this branch, from vege burger to piripiri extra spicy steamed wings tasted superb. I have tasted the same wings in Sam’s Drapery, Northampton branch and they were not nice at all. Service was prompt and atmosphere was nice too. Whenever in the vicinity I will visit Sam’s Chicken in Wellingborough again.
I stumbled across this place whilst looking for KFC and was really surprised at the service, quality and price of the food! It’s quite an unassuming shop but has the style and presence of the big food chains! Will definitely eat there again!
I've been here a few times and its always hit and miss. Sometimes the chicken is gorgeous and cooked well and other times you have to send it back due to it still being alive in your box. It's just a standard chicken shop.. Reserva una mesa ahora
We use this place for takeaways when we want something quick to eat. I wouldn’t say it’s the cheapest around but the prices are fair. The chicken we order is the usual fried chicken. Overall an ok place.
Excellent value for the price, with friendly staff and fantastic, generously portioned meals. Highly recommended; we will definitely be returning.
My family tried the fried chicken and also enjoyed it, although we found the chips to be not quite up to the standard we were hoping for.

Good value chicken chips with a side corn on the cob. Bonus of being able to sit in. Far better than Kentucky a few yards away.
