This was the worst Sam's Club experience I've had. I went to the self-checkout, and the employee had the audacity to tell me there was a limit of 25 items, despite the fact that there was no sign indicating this. When I asked her where the limit sign was, she replied, "We just decided to do it," which made no sense. Additionally, many of the employees barely speak English, and their communication is limited to basic phrases like "does" and "thanks." Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
