I entered the club today with the intention of joining. But I'd never been to one before so I wanted to see what it is like. The guard at front door said I absolutely could not go in without a membership. He was quite rude. Killed any desire for me to join, guess I'm headed to Costco.

Long time member, but am switching. Poor pricing for tires, terrible online service, privacy unfriendly app, pickup option is a joke, employees are mostly unhelpful and rude specially in the service counter and auto section. Bye Sam's.

I like Sam's for the convenience, my only complaint is that they will discontinue items for no reason and then you can't find it anymore and you have to find another product to replace it! Fuel prices are better than most around town!

I really love shopping at Sams club my daughter usually shops with me.I have the plus membership an I enjoy the deals that I find every time I go.We're heading there tomorrow sometime. Go Sams Club
