Raj made my food and he is amazing at what he does! The food is worth every penny!! They’re also open on Christmas Day which is awesome! The staff is super nice and it’s very clean inside. If you’re confused about what to get, ASK RAJ! He gives really good recommendations according to your craving or mood. Im gonna recommend this place to everyone! Also, I wanted to mention that I got the spicy poutine..and the fries were SO WELL COATED with all the toppings and Gravy! Usually with poutines, the fries at the bottom are dry..BUT with the poutine I got from here, the whole thing was filled with all the toppings, gravy and sour cream! Trust me when I say, this place is AWESOME! 10/10 recommende...
Sam's grill is an excellent food spot in Cambridge. The poutine there is easily one of the best I've ever had. They have a variety of options and my favourite is the pulled pork. It's a lot of quick food and can come in quite a large quantity if you order the bigger sizes. It's a great hidden gem in Cambridge. I've ordered my food online but will certainly be stopping by in person next time. My large poutine order was big enough for me to eat as 2 large meals. The fish and chips was quite battered and maybe not as good as the poutines. If you're into poutine or looking for some locally, come here.
Everyone needs to go to Sam's Grill!! Boyfriend brought home half a burger for me from there. Entirely made from scratch (nowhere near frozen), real bacon, cheese. Absolutely fantastic! And not too expensive either at $13-$14 for burger, fries, and can of pop. Everyone needs to try Sam's Grill at some point. Yummy!!! UPDATE: Went again today. So good. Burgers are fantastic and the fries are fresh made from real potatoes. And their shakes are amazing. You can really taste the chocolate in it and they also have mango shakes. So freaking good!!
Our table had chicken burger with fries, regular poutine, deep-fried pickles, bacon poutine and a milkshake. All of the food and drink was wonderful! Deep fried pickles can be difficult and left soggy but these were crunchy and properly madw! Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Service was pleasant and attentive. We stubbled on to Sam's Grill while waiting for the car to be fixed so we could drive home. So glad that we did! Absolutely wonderful experience! Next time in town I'll be dropping by. Their food is absolutely top-notch! I got the number 3 combo with the double burger and got some bacon, cheese and fried onions on it, and it was like biting into a burger from heaven. Highly recommend everyone in the area to check it out, the staff who served us and made our food were very polite and are very good at their jobs! We'll definitely be back!
Sams Grill in Cambridge is a hidden gem! We ventured in for some veggie delights and were blown away. The veggie burger was incredibly flavorful, and the spicy poutine had the perfect kick. But the star of the show was the mango milkshake; it was pure heaven! A must-visit for delicious food and friendly service. We'll be back for sure!
Sam's is a great place for what it is. Food may be a tad over priced, but quality is consistent and in my opinion better than most. Halifax Donir is spot on like the ones I've had down east, and the Poutine could possibly be one of the best I've had yet.You'll have my repeat buisness.
