10 months ago I gave this restaurant five stars. I have to change that today. They decided to raise their price on the dish that I normally like to buy. That 's fine, prices do change. There 's nothing wrong with raising your prices. However, they did not change any of their menus. They all still had the old prices. So, because I brought this discrepancy to their attention they went ahead and honored their old price. this would have been good customer service. I generally take my order to go, but this time when I looked down in my bag none of the lids were on any of the sides and all of the red beans and rice dumped all over the bag. All the juice from the green beans dumped out. They ruined...
The food was okay but the customer service has alot to be desired. We stopped eating there for about a year because of something else that happened but we decided to give them another chance. But the customer has NOT improved at all!!!!! The young ladies that work there have very poor customer service skills. The management needs to be changed immediately!!! I will not spend my hard earned money there anymore to be treated like that!
Had Sams delivered to my front door with the Waitr app without this app I would never have heard of this place, wonderful app and wonderful food. I would give the fried shrimp, corn, green beans and the fried Okra 5 and the hush puppies and the Mac and cheese only 2!
The food is fantastic! service is ...aight... its a bit on the expensive side but it makes up with how much they give you on ure meal if u want somthing that can fill u up and u still go back to scavenge french fries later.. Uts a good place

I went to sams today and took my drink with me. I had the raspberry tea. As I was drinking my drink in class I found this bug in my drink
Prices are raised please match with quality of food. NO CONSISTENCY of food could be great one visit and terrible the next.
They sell hamburgers but you can't get onion rings with your burger. You have to get fries.
Best filled shrimps, incredible catfish Jumbo shrimps! Clean, disgusting, friendly staff.
