Sam’s Southern Eatery

My wife and youngest child really enjoyed the fish and shrimp dishes. My oldest and I ordered the Alfredo, which was decent but not particularly impressive. The chicken in my Alfredo had a poor texture and taste. On the bright side, the red beans and rice I chose as a side were excellent. They kindly offered a sample of the jambalaya for my son to try, and while it had great flavor, it was way too spicy for us (we can't handle much heat). Overall, we would definitely consider returning for the food, but at $50 for just three entrees (one of which was plain pasta), plus two sodas and two waters—with no appetizers—we'll need to think carefully about the cost.

Cannot go wrong when you eat at Sam’s. Me, my husband our daughter enjoyed everything we ordered. I got fish, shrimp, hush puppies 2 sides which I always order my sides to be hush puppies, they are the best. When you walk in we are always treated with great care respect. Never have to worry because their bathrooms are always clean! This is the place to go for Fish Shrimp and all kinds of Sea Food!!

As someone who was recently diagnosed with diabetes, I've been struggling to find meals that are suitable for breakfast and lunch during the workweek. Sam's was a delightful surprise. I ordered the grilled catfish and shrimp lunch combo, along with a side of red beans (without rice), and it was fantastic! I highly recommend it, and the service was excellent as well.

Really good grilled shrimp and fried catfish. They give you a good sized portion for the price. The decor is fun and interesting. Our waitress was very nice and helpful.

Love their chicken strips and fried fish. The staff are friendly. Quick service and warm atmosphere
