Sam's Steakhouse - Reserva de mesa

For the price of the meal the food was subpar at best. Steak was overcooked and the fries my wife got were clearly not fresh and obviously frozen out of a bag and fried like you would expect from a place that charges half the price that Sam's does. The building was in disrepair as well with holes in the ceiling and the carpet peeling up in the middle of the floor as well as very dated decor for a place that charges such a premium. We received a complimentary dessert as it was our anniversary and we're told we could get a chocolate lava cake which came out frozen and basically inedible. Extremely disappointed by our visit and we will not be coming back.

We were given a table for two by the wall. It was very small. Later, several couples of only 2 got a table for 4 and had some space. Much of the room was empty. I noted it was an anniversary when reserving (special event). It was our 45th! Nothing was mentioned about this. Service was just ok. Not very personable. Food was good. Pretty much what you expect, but bernaise sauce didn't have much taste. Dessert (chocolate cake) very rich and decadent. Martini was just ok.

We went to Sam’s Steakhouse Wednesday evening for my Birthday! Dinner was fantastic as always, great service, and a Birthday greeting from the owner! Truly the best steaks available in the St Louis, Missouri metropolitan area!

Fantastic anniversary dinner on a Monday night. Low crowd, amazing service perfect bone in rib-eye. Highly recommend especially on a Monday when most nice steakhouses are closed in Stl. Will definitely be back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Just a consistently lovely place to go to for a delicious steak dinner. There were six of us in our party and everyone’s food was perfect. Mitchell, our server, couldn’t have been any nicer! We’ll be back!

Baked potato was hard. It took awhile to have someone come to tell them it was not cooked properly. The bus boy actually the person to take care of the issue. Kudos to the bus boy.

We had a party of five and everything from the drinks, salad, bread and steaks were outstanding. Thanks to Kase who did an outstanding job!

The prime rib was a little over done and on the fatty side. Had asked for medium rare but did not see much red.
