Samson Fish Seafood

We had fish and chips here for the second time. The first time was good but there was a bit of a wait, which we understood because of COVID. We were told to ring ahead next time, so we did. We placed our order and told them we were 15 minutes away. However, when we arrived (17 minutes later), our meal was sitting on the bench behind the counter without any heating. Our chips were lukewarm and the fish was just slightly warmer. The meal cost us just over $27.00 and we were offered $4 back. When I spoke to the manager about the issue, he asked in a rude manner "What do you want me to do about it?" and questioned our expectations. I simply expected better service and hot fish and chips.

Since Covid-19 restrictions came in we have been having takeaway fish meals from our favourite restaurant on the bay. Sam has been great in providing his customers with a great takeaway alternative since we haven’t been able to dine in. Now he is open for...10 customers to eat outside great to see this happening. Keep supporting him we don’t want to lose this great place to eat. Thanks Sam

Sitting on their lovely heavy wooden furniture, looking out to the marina, the sea water, the boats, the atmosphere is truly a beautiful experience, but during the virus they still do takeaway. You can still support them and have a lovely meal at the same...time. The ton bay bugs, many prawns, oysters, mussels, salads, always fresh and delightfully packaged for takeaway we discovered...

You will not find a better fish and chip shop. The seafood is outstanding, large serves not overcooked. The oil is clean you can't taste anything but the amazing seafood. The staff are lovely and it is right next to the boat harbour. Personally I'm...addicted to the calamari. The first time I've had it in years, not rubbery but tender succulent heavenly rings of YUMM. Absolutely DELICIOUS and fresh seafood. I have eaten the Barra, beer battered Chips and Calamari here twice now and both times my meal was perfect, couldn’t fault it. I grew up in a fish and chip shop run by my parents so to finally find...a really good fish and chippy in Brisbane is so good! Good service, clean oil, fresh seafood and perfect chips. Will be back! Thanks guys!

Whenever I visit Raby Bay, I always make sure to stop by this restaurant. The food is fantastic, especially the cold seafood table for 2. I also appreciate that it's BYO, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing Sunday afternoon outing.

This restaurant is a complete waste of time and very inefficient. They need to hire staff who understand the importance of takeout orders and who can respectfully and courteously serve customers.

great location in the Raby Bay restaurant. Takeawayor table service, look at the bay large portions, they come to seafood plates

great proportions, cajau eating was great, but the hühnerburger was not so beautiful-beautiful looking at the marina,
