The burger was delicious. It was very busy that night, so the fact it took an hr to get my food could have been an isolated situation. I would have appreciated however that my waitress could have kept me updated. The fact she seemed to avoid my tablemade me feel neglected. When I got the burger, it wasn't made as ordered, which wasn't the waitress's fault, as she had billedme for the extras. She did give me 50% off for the mistake, and probably because she knew my order was neglected. I've been a member at San Juan over a year now and I enjoy taking the time to improve my game at the range as much as possible. Not by much but at least I get one good shot in! Lol but I'll say the service here is exceptional every time I come, thanks to the service at the snack shack, especially Matt at night!!! He's a great chat and knows how to make a member feel at home, even my buddy that was visiting. Always connecting and being top notch service, this guy. Props to him and San Juan for the consistency. By the way bring back Friday night pop-ups lol, we like Wednesday but do both please.
One of the best amenities of the golf club is the driving range. Open late 6 days of the week with staff that always greets you with a smile and a friendly attitude. One of the employees Matt is great with always remembering my beer order and a fun conversation before I full send a few balls elevating me to visions of grandeur only to come back to reality with the consistent hosel rocket. Highly recommend going down to the range and grabbing some drinks rather than sitting in a chair at a bar. They always play music which helps hide the sound of my numerous thin shots.
I love this place. Great outdoor patio with nice view of the golf course. The service is very good too. The menu used to be smaller but now it's even better now. It has a lot of options. The fajitas were actually pretty good for not being a Mexican restaurant. The Blackened Chicken Southwest salad was a good size and very tasty. The West club sandwich was a big and hard to get your mouth around which is awesome. Great place to bring visitors for lunch for a change of scenery.

I absolutely love the San Juan Capistrano driving range! As a beginner in golf, I feel really comfortable practicing there. The staff members are all incredibly friendly. Matt K. stands out for his exceptional friendliness and helpfulness; he truly goes above and beyond. Plus, he plays great music! I give both Matt K. and the San Juan Driving Range a solid 5 stars!
This place is perfect for a weekday evening. My girlfriend and I usually hit balls at the range either before or after having dinner and drinks at this restaurant. The range is open until 10pm, so it's perfect. The selection of food is wide so there issomething for everyone. I definitely recommend trying it out. the steak wedge salad or wine wednesdays.
This is for the range and practice area only... It has really gone down hill. I practice here frequently and I see the little things not being taken care of, that turn into the big things. Take a look at your mats; worn out. They are now requiring us to purchase a rubber tee, because they are too cheap to supply them. Really?
We always love the food! The outdoor patio is great and has live entertainment and is dog friendly. If you go inside, you'll find big screens with all major sports and a great bar. All NFL and college games are played on Sundays and Saturdays. Allaround great venue!

It's not just a golf course, it's a cool hang out. They have a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a full bar. Live music most weekends, big screen TV's. Happy staff
Went to the range this evening. The employee Matt was a great host. He was walking around picking up baskets and chatting with everybody. He really improved the vibe at the range.
