of 27 mai stopped for lunch and there began a terrible experience. first he waited to sit by an apparently confused hostess. they asked to be outside, but they said we had to be inside! ? it took 10 minutes until the waitress asks for drinks or appetizers, another 8 minutes to get drinks and didn’t ask if we were ready to order. finally came by to take our order. my wife ordered sandwich and salat, I ordered burger dry, no mayo, soße, nothing and that I would add my own if I wanted. 15 minutes later, no eating or someone who asks for more drinks! order finally arrives and mine was drowned with a little creamy over everything! dry means dry. she takes it back and I wait and wait and wait and...
I'll never be back. I ordered our meal. After we had waited for an hour, not only did our food come, but the waiter never disturbed himself to touch the table with a statement, apology or anything. we have canceled our order and left. the extent of inability in this personal should be the entire crew embarrassing. Unfortunately for jocelyn catterson, we wanted to buy two of their works, but I won't go back to do that, if I were her, I would find somewhere else.
Service was right away not good. After we got sat we waited about 15 min for menus and about another 15 to order drinks and food following that. Beer also took along time to get to the table. We got charged double for a hoppy hour app that came at the end of our meal. Food took about an hour and was mid at best. Do not Recommend this place for the food or the service. also to add we had to wait about 15 min for silverware to even start eating our food.
Nice waitress. Beer was not terrible. But we had to eat food with our fingers because we couldn't get silverware. Our food was late, cold, and not very good. When we got our meal before our appetizer, we said forget the appetizer as it was too late. Waitress said she wanted us to I have it, apologized and said would take it off our ticket. Then they charged it twice on our ticket. Ugh...
