San Marcos Charquito Tacos Y Tortas

I give a 4 star rating for their tacos, the tortillas are handmade and really good. also the terrace has a large fountain that is really beautiful, but overall I would say it is a 3.5 star restaurant. next to the tacos the rest of the food is ok, but not great plus there is not much variety on the menu. I ordered the chicken Fajitas torta, which is a Mexican sandwich and my man ordered tacos. I had expected that the fajitas grilled paprika and swirled, like fajitas in the rule and the sandwich to a chicken phly style sandwich, but that was not the case. the chicken was a bit dry and the fajitas were only meat pieces with Fajitas season and nothing else. I will never order fajitas again, but...

Have to say for an $11 burrito I dont get it.. No flavor very small and the tortilla was all dried out. And thought the side of hot sauce would at least be home made not from a bottle. I saw the reviews thought it had to be good. I've had a better burrito at Taco bell.

We had today me and my girlfriend tortes San Marcos and I take 2 taco one pastor one carnitas , the tortillas was made at moment and I was really surprise , the food is really good I’m really happy to eat over here

This cash-only, affordable place is the BEST taco joint in the Capitola/Santa Cruz area....and I have been to many many taco places. They use fresh ingredients and everything is so flavorful.

super delicious and fresh food, great handmade tortillas. the salsa also loved! loves the outside terrace with sun umbrellas and a beautiful fountain.
