General Due to the inviting look we chose the San Michele for a small dinner. The restaurant is one of the restaurants integrated in the Hotel Stadt Kappeln; apparently operated according to receipt itself. First of all on the terrace and weather-related later inside we were supervised by an operator who was still a little insecure. However, a typical Italian looks different. Although there was little going on, the offer, presentation and food quality/exhibition worked unmotivated and something worthy of improvement. Operation A somewhat unobtrusive, very young lady (help/Azubi? throws the shop alone; a very neutral support without personal liability. Menage or missing napkin only on demand....
