San Remo Pizza - Reserva de mesa

So where do I begin ughhh well here goes! When we first started coming in a few years back the food was delicious but the price quantity wasnt, but I didn’t have to ask them not to over cook to the point of dark brown (burnt) on the crust! On a few or more times I’ve asked to not make my pizza too brown only to arrive and it was still burnt the lack of sauce plus the increase on the price made it the LAST time I’d spend my there! The lady handling the pizza and money does not wash her hands after checking you out which is a BIG turn off! She is NOT friendly at least NOT to me!! These people are the most unappreciative business owners I have ever met in my life they completely act like they're doing you a favor for walking in there establishment and spending money. Hardly ever say thank you or you're welcome never have a smile at best get 2 to 3 words out of them I walk in at 3 o'clock to buy slices of pizza and ask them if they have any more slices available for her to look me up-and-down. Na na we don't and we sure as hell aren't going to bother making a pie to sell use slices out of. It's quite obvious they forgot what the word customer service means. You can tell they have given up. I’m not sure what happened to this place. New people in the kitchen, new ingredients or just zero effort. The food used to be good the last few times I went. The pizza was dry, tough, and over-cooked and over-priced. Total disappointment. I hate to say it, but look elsewhere for pizza. Unfortunately the only other places to get pizza at around here are the chain restaurants. EDIT So since the owner responded, I wanted to make an edit. I am well aware you are not new. Great tasting . They are consistent with the quality and taste of the pizza. They have a pretty good variety of food selection. The place is clean and decent size. Currently they are a little short on workers but that has not impacted the quality of their food. You may have to wait a little longer than usual. Probably best to order pick up. Definetively will keep buying from the. I have been eating here for 25 years. The old owners were great. Tried it a couple times since the new owners took over and they have lost our business. The pizza is good but the lady is not nice at all. She always makes you feel unwelcome and that you are a bother to her for being there. This charming little pizza place has a cozy atmosphere. The food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly. Their cheese Sicilian pizza is absolutely delightful, and the crust has just the right amount of crunch.

Tried to place an order by phone, turned out to be a science project! Seriously??? Woman taking order over phone was extremely rude for no reason. I did not continue with the order. Ordered at Dominos instead!
