San - Reservar una mesa

Been here second time (first time was years ago), wanted to eat something good, as I remembered the food was nice. When you lack in customer service, the food looses its value. Felt very rushed, that can go to rudeness almost, wanted to try...different things and asked for suggestions as well, the waiter was no help at all, better luck I would have if I asked someone else in the restaurant, got the feeling that they simply want you out as fast as possible. Well, eating out for me is an experience, I want to enjoy it. From the moment I've entered and asked for a table and the moment I got out on the street passed exactly min (getting seated, ordering beer, coffee, browsing the menu, ordering some food, eating, browsing the menu again, trying to get some suggestions, ordering food again, eating, ordering the bill, paying by card, said something about the experience no interest). Time wasted min. Will not go back again, as I don't see changes happening in attitude any time soon. The food was ok.

Went with a big party, understandably a bit difficult to manage with loads of food orders at once. But, took about an hour for trays of starters to come out. some of the food was ok, some of it not so much. dumplings tasted...like oil etc they were slow in taking orders so we would sit for long periods without any food to eat. forcing us to drink their incredibly over prices drinks (which you have to have one with your meal or they'll not serve you) Waitress was rude like really rude. food was bland and it was all overpriced. never going again and hope this puts off at least big parties of people going, as they clearly can't handle large groups

Food was nice hence we booked at the restaurant but waitress (who is also the owner) didn’t like us ordering too much, kept restricting amount we ordered. Some dishes never came. She had a firm tone not friendly. Although food was nice she could have...made us feel welcome. We never wasted any food as we enjoyed everything, but when ordered second time everything was too salty. Not sure we want to spend nearly again at the same place in the future Unhappy customers!!!

We had another lovely meal here. We always choose from the à la carte menu but the fixed price menu seems very popular with diners. We were glad to see that staff were wearing masks and that they had installed screens between tables. Great service...as always and very good value.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful to everyone. David is especially lovely, I adore him. The owner spoils me rotten! Beautiful, freshly cooked,tasty food. It was delicious. Thanks a million. Maura x
