Sandfish Sushi Whiskey

I hate to admit it, but I almost saw this restaurant because of the whiskey in her name. I know how short-sighted. In my defense, I'm a beer type, not a whisky type. laugh, but there's a difference. But what does alcohol have to do with whether the food is good? Nothing. So, thanks, my tiny mind was able to look over the whisky and look at the true value of this restaurant... the food and service. The spicy edamame was delicious (not too spicy). The spider melts in my mouth. The longoustine roll (Norway lobster) was a maZiNg! Even more impressive than that, the waiter was rock solid and that says a LOT nowadays. 6 stars to Sandfish (5 for food and service and an extra for compilation).

This is hands down the best sushi place in Palm Springs. The rolls are excellent, lots of variety of other things too and the cocktails are gorgeous. Will definitely be back!
