Sandra's Bistrot - Reserva de mesa

Whilst staying overnight at Chateau du Melin in Auxey Duresses, we had dinner at Bistro de Sandra. The menu covered all tastes with its maybe 10 dishes all ranging from around 13-19 euros and wow It was absolutely knockout delicious. My usually quite fussy kids devoured their burgers, the homemade chips were the best we have ever eaten, and the tomato and salad side that was included was generous and has been clearly put together with the finest fresh ingredients. My husbands chicken with morelles was off the hook tasty and so tender. I opted for boned rabbit with a creme tarragon and girolles sauce that was totally heavenly and I’ll dream of for many years to come. Our plates barely needed...

What a nice surprise!!! Small very pleasant restaurant with a very nice reception. A simple but perfect card. A divine sauce with a thigh on a piece of beef with extreme tenderness. A map of the wines that makes the part beautiful to the winemaker of the village. Thanks to sandra and jean for this nice little moment

Good warm welcome and a slate with a nice choice of dishes. Frankly, no need to go to the end of the world to eat well... I advise this establishment to all those who want to discover Burgundy.
