Decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt and try it again. Last time the fish n chips were truly awful, frozen fish from a supermarket and oven chips. This time we waited an hour for pizzas, they'd actually forgotten us, when they did eventually turn up after twice reminding the staff they were ok. However the waitress managed to drop the chips on the floor and didn't even bother to clear the mess up. We sat there trying to eat our food while being pestered by seagulls scavenging the mess. Stopped for a coffee and ice cream. The girl who was serving the ice cream was like a snail! There was a queue and she was on her own serving while the other three girls behind the counter were on their phones when they should have been helping her. They really need to focus more on the customer! The pistachio ice cream tasted off… it was the last scoop left in the tray and obviously was past its sell by date! We would not recommend this place at all. Management needs to train their staff properly!
We stopped here after visiting the beach. The staff were friendly and served us quickly as it was quite quiet. We stayed for cake and a drink and then settled the bill. The toilets were very clean too. I don’t expect we’ll have time to go back before the end of our holiday but I would come back again in the future.
The service was amazing, all waitresses were extremely helpful and kind. Prices are decent for a holiday seaside town and the coffee and cake was superb. Would highly recommend if you’re passing through or visiting on holiday.

Burgers were greasy and tasteless, and the roast vegetable panini has hardly anything on it. The only nice thing was the chips, and for £35 I was very disappointed as most of the burger went in the bin
Absolutely beautiful breakfast, we ate here twice, once as a large party of 22 and secondly as a family of 7, both times they never failed to disappoint. The food was tasty, and the service excellent.
I can not speak highly enough about the staff, friendly and cheerful, and they were rushed off their feet with the Borth Carnival GO there HOT FRESH food and NO fat on the breakfast
Very disappointed, My wife asked the staff member if they did Decaf to which the lady said Yes, So my wife had her coffee and was ill all night due to it NOT being Decaf ......

Tip top breakfast. Great value for money. Very friendly and efficient staff. Returned the next day for breakfast again
