The place feels neglected. When you enter through the back, it's poorly lit and has a shelter-like smell. The soda machine was definitely not clean. I noticed several employees behind the counter preparing food while chewing gum and popping bubbles, which felt quite unappetizing. I saw the dishwasher, who wasn't wearing gloves, emptying dirty dishes from containers into the sink, and then coming out to place all the clean plastic items into the drawer through the counter. We had to wipe down a table before we could sit because it was dirty. I’m giving it two stars because the food is good. However, the issues I mentioned could easily be addressed with better attention from management.
This place went to the ground. Absolutely terrible. Was supplied with the wrong food after I cleared six times on the phone. It should have been my first warning to go somewhere else. Your employees don't know what they're doing. You don't even know the different elements on your menu. Even after I was fed with the wrong food, they wouldn't fix the problem. I won't waste time or money here anymore.
Nice place to grab a quick bit to eat before catching a movie at the Roxy theatre. The tacos use fried flour tortillas so it was like eating a chimichanga taco : . I liked it.
