Santa Gloria Coffee Bakery

Let me start by saying that we enjoyed the Santagloria so much in Madrid that we decided to wake up extra early before our train ride back to walk the 0.6 miles to try this location. The inside looks beautiful and is quite large which made us think this was the real deal. We should have known something would go wrong after observing the workers for a bit. Unfortunately they seemed very stressed and overwhelmed. The lady at the register must have been having a really bad day and gave the people in front of us a horrible attitude. We were next and had a larger than usual order I guess which she clearly made seem inconvenient and even interrupted us and took people 's orders behind us from over...

Great spot for a cheap breakfast if you staying near Plaza de Armas. pastry’s taste better than some I’ve had in Seville Staff could do with some retraining. They let an old lady push in front of me, and the young guy serving me was terse and borderline rude. Have found this on several occasions in other places here assumed it’s because I’m a tourist

We went to cafe for breakfast before leaving city. The service was good. We take coffee, orange juice and bread with ham, cheese. The food and drinks was ok. We didn't take pastry, but it looked delicious.

Una muy buena selección para el desayuno o almuerzo, se puede comer al aire libre o adentro. Servicio en mesa o para llevar. El personal es amable también. Y está muy convenientemente ubicado.

It’s always hard to find a good latte in Spain! But the latte in Santa Gloria is really great! We did not have anything from the bakery but the latte is to be recommended.

Terrible, they abused on the prices, dreadful customer care even DIRTY PLATES AND SERVER HANDS. Insects around!!!!

I have to Say, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was actually fresh, and quite food. I would repeat.
