Santa Maria - Reserva de mesa

stayed on olmeto for the 3rd time in a week but had not yet tested this small restaurant. this was done with our friends and what a great discovery: everyone had chosen a different dish to taste everything and we have enjoyed it: lamb in the mimi way, zucchini doughnuts, Corsican salad etc. we will return it for sure it already delays our next holidays. the nice staff and the little care and to finish, hospitality corses a shot of limoncello! we returned the next day to buy their homemade olive oil, thank you again for this lovely evening on the terrace.

Félicitations à Mimi pour sa cuisine corse (veau aux olives, haricots avec figatelu... très appréciable , surtout lorsque l'on fait le chemin de Grande randonnée du Mare e Monti Sud, accueil très sympathique , nous souhaitons une belle continuation à Lisandre, son mari et leur petit Angelo, Pierre et Katia de Folelli, Danielle et Thierry de Toulouse

What a great discovery this small hotel restaurant, this magnificent relaxing setting, this great cuisine, Corsica as we like it, authentic and generous, without forgetting this team who takes great care of its customers. Passing through for 1 night a treat Joseph and that very nice family we were able to go see the pigs the kitchen a treat and thank you to that beautiful daughter for the snack and breakfast. Gilbert and Joelle

What happiness! charming small hotel with exceptional view. The owners are upstairs. The kitchen is excellent and the generous plates I'm a big eater I had trouble finishing. I strongly recommend this address.
