My mom and I tried @eatsantarosamex for the first time a few weeks ago and we loved it. The Queso Dip and the Guacamole were both made in house and they were so delicious. The Molcajete definitely stole the show. It was a hot lava stone filled with all different kinds of meats. We made fajitas with corn tortillas and had some rice, beans, and salad on the side. Definitely come hungry if you order this! Of course we ordered the Churros and Mexican coffee to end our meal. The service and food were incredible! Wanted some authentic Mexican food in a good atmosphere, and that’s exactly what they provided. Maria was our server and she was fantastic, even sitting with us and helping go through the items to find that perfect dish.We ordered the Sampler appetizer which we devoured before taking a picture, lol my bad.For the entree I ordered the Burrito Santa Rosa which is their version of a wet burrito and was absolutely amazing.Prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge.Super happy to have eaten here and have saved it to my favorites. The food here is good. My wife and I went and ate at the restaurant and everything was great. The reason they are getting one star is neither one of us wanted to go out so we ordered to go. Get a notification it’s ready go inside to get it told to wait a minute every dismissively when I mentioned it’s through Uber, then everyone leaves the front. I spy a to go bag sitting in the bar that staff walks past constantly only to be brought it 15 minutes later. Thanks for the cold food.
