Sarau is alive??? Go train your employees to provide good service. We had a bad experience. We were 5 people and our orders arrived all chopped up. The last order arrived almost 1h30 later and with a lot of insistence, causing the person to eat alone. The order came with soggy fries, a rancid burger with grudgingly made tallow. I suggest cleaning up the menu, as they can't handle the service with excellence and without getting in trouble in the kitchen. The table order MUST arrive together, because when we go out to eat we want to ALL eat together. Unfortunate.
I ordered a carbonara from the kids menu, my boyfriend tried it and decided to order the large dish (with a difference of 28 reais) and his dish was less than the kids' dish in addition to the delay and the fact that it arrived super cold. When we questioned it, the attendants kept denying it and saying that it was much bigger and that it was right. We felt ripped off and wouldn't go back again, much less recommend it. Service: Dine in
I love places where I am well attended to. In this little bar, my husband and I received very good service, the waiters, in addition to being very polite, were very agile and helpful.
