Santiago's Bodega Altamonte Springs

Update: If anything, this restaurant gets better and better. Going with a group is the best, since you can try so many things! For small plates , the servings are generous. Everything my table had was wonderful. Service was friendly, attentive without hovering, and food came out promptly, with beautiful presentation. Excellent service, and good food. The menu is a bit limited compared to other tapas restaurants I 've been to, but still good. The mushroom soup was lovely, the crab cakes special was delicious, and the bread pudding was divine.

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. While I love the food and the ambiance, the bartenders here are some of the worst I have ever encountered. It is unacceptable that the managers have entrusted such an important role to inexperienced individuals. The service is poor, with the bartenders showing little interest in taking orders and a lack of enthusiasm. The restaurant manager needs to address this issue and hire more capable bartenders before the reputation of the establishment suffers.

Let's start with the obvious. You will pay for the quality and experience. It's not ridiculously expensive, but it's definitely not an olive garden or fast food joint. That said, the food is phenomenal! Most of their dishes would receive a 10 out of 10 from me. I had a fantastic night and would highly recommend Santiagos Bodega.

I have been to weekend brunch twice and I’ve loved it each time! The food is delicious, and the price is fair for everything you get, which includes most drinks. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this restaurant! Expect to order multiple dishes and do some sharing, unless dining alone. The beef short ribs are my top pick and should be yours too.
