Disappointing. I'm unsure if 6:30 pm on a Friday is the wrong time to get Santiago’s, but $60 later, and the meals were less hearty than the local Taco Bell. Is this Santiago’s owned by the same owner of the Santiago’s in Fort Morgan? That was the quality and portion size I was anticipating. Hopefully, quality control can note the pictures below and provided feedback for improvement. The burrito was tiny, the enchiladas had barely any lettuce, and I counted two tomato slices. The chicken used on the street tacos was super dry and flavorless. I used to really enjoy Santiago's, but lately I've noticed a decline in quality. During my recent visit to the drive-thru, it took nearly 20 minutes to get through the line. We ordered breakfast burritos, which were quite small—mostly tortilla with very little filling. The half and half was only half mild and the rest was missing. There was very little chili, and what little there was lacked any spice. After waiting 20 minutes, the food arrived lukewarm at best. I understand that everyone has off days, but this isn't the first time I've had a disappointing experience here, which is why I'm writing this review.
My experience was非常 disappointing. The food was terrible, and the staff was rude. My order was completely wrong, and when I called to address the issue, I was told that it was just how it is. They didn’t even attempt to correct my order.
This place used to be great but these past few weeks I found hair in my salsa twice and I noticed none of the kitchen staff wear gloves or hairnets I barley noticed this last time I would ever eat from there.

I have always really liked Santiagos, but compared to other places that serve Mexican food in the area, Santiagos has sort of fallen off in quality.
What happened to your amazing breakfast burritos? I pay more for less and the quality has gone way down hill.
The food is great and that's from a San Antonian!!! I love my Tex- Mex food ?It's the closest so far.
