This was our favorite food at one point. We used to eat here daily, but sadly, even with their crazy price increases, its gone to the dumps.There's never any chili in my burrito, like none, even though I always pay for extra, plus the chili is so watery and flavorless now!But the final straw and reason for this review is the chicharon broke my tooth ?. The whole batch were rock hard and not edible. They have progressively gone down hill, and aren't doing anything to fix it. I suggest going elsewhere.Edit to add: we tried it again. And it's gotten worse!!! The oil they used to fry the Indian taco shells, and potatoes was extremely burnt/rancid! We couldn't even eat it!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
I’ve been coming here since I was a young girl but after today’s experience I will never return to this location. After they had me wait 40 mins for food they just needed to bag up! Absolutely disgusting service from these employees I walked out so heated. How disrespectful and no apology even given from the employees yes I get it things like can happen but be professional enough to at least apologize
Well, Quick, Family style Mexican food in a casual fine in the environment. We like this place, but this time when we got our pages from Salsa, it was as if they forget to fill the container. The containers hardly had salsa in them. Since it is the first time that it happened, we will call it Fuke. I hope it's not as it will be from here. Look at the pictures.
Still in my top three Colorado restaurants, although those moved to the number two on the green chilli roast, they still have some of the best Mexican foods in CO!! I'll probably be a lifelong customer. The beef and beans of Indian taco are broken in half and will always be my dish of choice. But I just had everything on the menu and it's all very good!

This place never disappoints. Mexican food can really upset my stomach. At Santiagos I run out that I enjoyed my meal and do not regret it later. The green chili, breakfast Burritos, Enchiladas and Barbacoa Tacos are excellent. The service is always good and fast.
The staff was fantastic! They provided great service to both dine-in and takeout customers. I was initially worried about the wait time, but the woman assured me it would be quick. I ended up waiting just two minutes, if that. I definitely recommend this place!
One of the best places to seat down enjoy a meal with quality service and atmosphere. Not only that but some of the best green chili I’ve ever. Hands down best salsa I’ve ever had. Thank you very much.
Swampy wanted a real Mexican meal! This is the place. We had the smashed burrito absolutely awesome and the chili fries mouth watering. A must have definition when in Brighton Colorado

The food is fantastic, but it can be challenging to get a server to attend to your table at times.
This restaurant serves the best authentic Mexican food; their green chili is truly exceptional!
