It’s a small ramen noodles place inside the Japanese supermarket. Very busy during the weekend and lunchtime but not much of other time! Self service kind please and not cheap as for food court prices. The ramen is just about average in quality and volume. Not bad but not great either. No need for a special trip but if you are near by, may not be a bad choice. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Not recommended Dietary restrictions: Check with the restaurant

Pretty good, ordered the B combo with spicy Ramen. The Ramen has a good tooth, the soup is good, they give lots of toppings and it comes nice and hot. It's only $1 more for the large. The ikura and sake don (salmon roe and salmon bowl) is good but they now put it in a plastic clam shell instead of a proper bowl. I much prefer the bowl. Seating can be problematic if you come around lunch or dinner time. The combo costs about $21 which seems a little over-priced to me. Maybe next time I'll just get the Ramen.

Awesome place to get authentic ramen! I always came here whenever I’m in San Jose. The medium size ramen was enough for me since the bone broth was very flavorful. Somehow there were more meat in the ramen than usual. I usually finished the noodles last and couldn’t find any meat left. But this time there were more than 3 pieces of meat and good-sized too! The tables were few and there were plexiglass or plastic barriers between tables. You can pay with credit cards or apple pay not just cash.

A popular Hokkaido ramen franchise that specializes in miso ramen. Would recommend getting a set with the spicy miso or regular miso ramen. A large upgrade is barely a $1, so a great value if you're hungry. This is also one of the few ramen spots that offers natto as a side dish. Better than hotel restaurant natto, but not quite restaurant-tier yet. The only thing missing to complete the Hokkaido ramen experience is the lack of of a butter addon. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great ramen place. This place is inside a complex with Japanese grocery store, book store, desert places and few other eateries. The ramen was tasty but the seating area was limited, given the long queue at the restaurant. We really enjoyed the spicy miso ramen. Very flavorful and tasty. We had to wait around 35 minutes to get the food served. Unfortunately, it serves no vegetarian options.

ordered the salt and soy sauce ramen. good texture noodles but very salty broth that was much more oily than creamy/rich. monotonous taste made it difficult to finish. the long wait on the weekend, not great taste, and price make it hard to justify a visit. would not come again. Kahoo is one of those places I frequent when I was in college until they became Zero Ramen. Now they are back with new chefs and menu things are just different from what I used to know. The waitress is the same lady from before but what miss the most is their Kokomaru Shoyu ramen. Below is the Black Garlic Shoyu and Karrage that is just massive.

Really enjoyed the ramen here, compared to Houston, Tx. Not too salty not to bland. The meat was perfectly tender. Line was super long during lunch on a Friday waited about 20min then another 20 to get or food. Reserva una mesa ahora

Tastes so close to the Santoka in Tokyo where I used to eat once a week. The pork cheeks are an absolute must. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
