Santxotena - Reservar una mesa

Excelente elección. Nos han tratado de manera excelente desde antes de llegar, en el momento de la reserva, cuando hemos llamado por teléfono para avisar de que llegábamos un poco más tarde y durante el servicio. Todo estaba riquísimo, el foie, los hongos, el tomate con bonito… el estofado de corzo espectacular, los postres buenísimos, sobre todo la cuajada. Hemos estado muy a gusto y Maialen nos ha tratado de manera excepcional, una gran camarera y muy profesional. Seguro que repetiremos. Altísimamente recomendable.

We stopped into this restaurant for lunch based on Trip Advisor review. This is pine of those restaurants that you hope to visit when you travel. Fresh local food cooked with care and expertise. Lovely friendly staff. The three of us all had fantastic meals

A very pleasant surprise. The pigeon and deer were superb, possibly the best I have ever eaten. Service was friendly and the price quite reasonable. The only “but” was perhaps the wine list, a bit limited and old-fashioned for my taste. Will return!

No llegamos a comer, tomamos algo en la terraza y comimos una ración de txorizo a la sidra rico. Lo más destacable la atención de la anfitriona del negocio nos hospedamos con ellos y volveremos.
