I had an unpleasant experience today. I went in for sliced cold cuts and after I received my order, I noticed every item was priced 3-4 dollars more than stated on the sign. I questioned this and was told that the prices listed on the huge sign overhead were old prices. Another clerk proudly pointed to a tiny sign and said, the owner was smart and put up this sign which stated... prices are subject to change without notice . Known for their raviolis, but their subs might be the best around. The hot italian and the chicken little are our go-to's, give them a try !! I work odd hours and went in weirdly early to get a sub. Was expecting some grumbling from whoever had to make a sub that early but nope it was done with a smile. When I asked for some balsamic on it he asked if I wanted it on the side so it didn't get soggy on the way home. I got home and saw he even wrapped the balsamic in clear wrap so it didnt spill on the way home. To me it is little customer service things like that that make this already delicious place even better!

We ordered food for Christmas Eve. Chicken franchaise, penne vodka and an antipasto platter. The antipasto was very good and fresh but the penne vodka and chicken franchise were absolutely the worst food ever! A bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth it. The Italian deli offers delicious food, and the antipasto is the highlight! We make it a tradition to order it every year for Easter.
