I went there with my SO and a friend on September 30th. We sat on the restaurant side of things (I 've always had great hibachi service there, even though I don 't like the hibachi food) and we had the worst service I 've had in a long long time. Ourwaitress was very rude. We didn 't get waters like we asked, barely got silverware and napkins, and she was extremely 'put out 'that we asked for soy sauce. I 'm guessing they 're hourly there and don 't rely on tips, otherwise you 'd think they 'd offer a moreenjoyable friendly service. I was honestly taken back at just how horrible it was. Excellent food. My first visit a few weeks ago, we went to the hibachi side of the restaurant and the food was fantastic. The grill show was very entertaining and the service was great. This time (May 31st) was very good all the way around too. I hadthe steak scallops this time and the steak was a little over cooked. However it was still juicy flavorful. I'll definitelybe going back again. Thank you, Sapporo's, for another excellent meal at the hands of your great service.
Came here for our anniversary and enjoyed it thoroughly. We ordered 7 of the rolls and they were all extremely good considering we are in the middle of Wyoming. The star of the show was definitely the fruit ninja roll. So unique and delicious 10/10. I am sure that the person to whom this is for will more than likely never see this. First off, the food and our Hibachi chef was fantastic. Great performance! My flight crew and I ate there last night and discovered our meals were paid for by a gentleman at our table. We had no idea until we tried to pay. We wanted to thank him dearly! The food is excellent with traditional mixed with newer fusion japanese. Not what I expected to find in sheridan wyoming. Great place to take friends and family. The open grill hibachi is a must for your first time eating here. Service was great, forgot our soup but they were very apologetic and had is in an out of there in less than 2 hours.
