I frequently order from this restaurant and usually enjoy my food. However, today I ordered wings that were either undercooked or old. When I called to let them know and request new wings, the person who answered the phone and the general manager, Daniel, were extremely rude. Despite their insistence that I was mistaken, I still wanted my wings cooked longer as I had requested them crispy. The manager refused to accommodate my request, claiming that cooking them longer would result in burnt wings. He suggested ordering wings with sauce on the side to avoid soggy wings. Beenn working all day and ordered pizza and wings only to find out that they forgot to put the ranch dressing in my order. I understand mistakes are made, but offering the credit of a single order of ranch on my next order was the most asinine solution I have ever heard. Wings suck without ranch dressing and they should have considered crediting me for the entire order of wings. By the way, the wings were microscopic. The sarcastic attitude from the idiot woman who answered the phone was the catalyst for me to post this. I will not be going back.
Ordered a $10 special large pepperoni for delivery. Pizza was very good, just wish the cheese made it to the crust, a few bare spots, but that is minor, overall tastes great! Delivery is by them not doorcrash which is huge in my book! Delivery on time, order taker was great… thank you David Sardella! Have been and will be back!
I don’t know what happened to their pizza quality, but it has dwindle down significantly. It’s not the same as it used to be and they have a hard time keeping pepperoni ratios evenly on pizzas. When they are completely empty on a Sunday evening, that should speak volumes about their quality

Grabbed a quick lunch with the Mrs. Got the #2 lunch special. Came out in a reasonable amount of time (wings take a bit to cook). Pizza and wings were perfectly cooked and tasted great! They added large planters and lots of plants to the dining room, which really spruced up the atmosphere.
Limp crust. Lacked the bite of good hand tossed dough. Uninspiring sauce. Pleasant staff. There is no table service. Generally an unsatisfactory experience.
Food good , large pizza n 10 wings $56 . Very over priced won't make another visit. Barros pizza way better, half the price.
Pizza is consistently good and workers are always kind and do a great job of getting your food out very fast.

Great all around pizza.... hot wing sauce is my favorite in town
